May 16, 'rj I o Y* %fir 7 +o the City Council; St Paul, Minn. Dear Sir; I would like to ask permission for a vertical alternating board 6 ft.fence to be installed at the rear of 224 Western Ave No. lot 40, block 80. The purpose of this height of fence is for our protection from Kids climbing and coming short way to the store.I am running a grocery store and I have so many things to be stolen, as there is only 14 ft.from the fence line to the rear entrance to the store. Another reason that I want a higher fence is that , next door is an 0141'- Fblks Rest Rome and they wa nt a little privacy and I want it too. The owner "of the old fence had a 5 ft. fence torned down because it was in bad conditions and she refused to reblaced it.L would like to have a 6 ft. fence with your permission Sir, because my,_lot is lower than her. I hope that you give your quickest attention to this matter Sir, because it is a necessity.= thank you. Sincerely yours, Oz Filemon C. Balbuena 224 WESTERN AVE. NO. ST. PAUL, MINN.
