Gentlemen:
We should like to ask your permission to build a louvered red-
wood fence-, 6 feet high and approximately 60 feet long, between Hendon
Avenue and the property of the following description:
Lot: Ex. Sw 7' 20;
Block: 10;
Addition: St. Anthony Park North
The proportion of the property that would be screened by the
fence is a small backyard immediately adjoining Hendon Avenue. There
is a considerable amount of traffic on this street, and we feel that
a fence would help to protect our home from the resulting noise, dust,
and fumes. Our neighbors, with whom we have discussed this matter,
do not object to the construction of such a fence.
We hope our request will reciive favorable consideration. If
you wish additional information, we shall be glad to furnish it.
Yours sincerely,
H. W. Baumgartner
