forth in Grade 027 to that set forth in Grade 030 of Bargaining Unit Ol, the AFSCME Clerical Salary
Schedule, and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period
following its passage and approval.

� reflect the full level of work parformed and it was determined it shoutd be glaced in Grade 030.

Attached is a resolution that authorizes reclassifying Legal Secretary positions within the Ciry
Attomey's Office. This would impact 4 incumbents. The Office of Human Resources has
completed thefr study and approves of reclassifying these positions from a grade 27 to a grade 30.
Based on the recommendaGOn from HR, I propose signing this resolution. This additional cost is
somethina the CAO will have to manage within their personnel budgets.
