sum of $146.25 out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the
General Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City
of Saint Paul for compensation resulting from his injury of
December 4, 1959, while in the employ of the Department of
Public Works, whereby he suffered 5 per cent permanent partial
disability to his right thumb.
