PAUL the matter of the assessment o4 benefits, cost and expenses for con - Resolution of Council Approving �Assescsment and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing a sewer in wilson Avenue from Pedersen Street to 50 ft. westerly of the west line of Tower Street as platted north of Wilson Avenue; in Howard Street from Wilson Avenue to 120 ft. south of Conway Street, and in Howard Court from Howard Street to 175 ft. west of Howard Street as measured along the center line of Howard Court, thence in a southwesterly direction a distance of approximately 50 ft. to the center of the Howard Court cul -de- sac - -all of which is to be known as the WIISON- HOWARD SEWER SYSTEM under Preliminary Order 178481 , approved June 22, 1956 Intermediary Order 179114 , approved August 7, 1956 Final Order 17945-3 ,approved September 4, 1956 , The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved. RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 22nd day of Tune,, 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
