WHEREAS The City Acil has granted permission to hold a,
carnival at the Bluff Playgrounds, sponsored by the Bluff Booster Club,
the dates of May 17 to 22, 1960, inclusive, upon filing of the proper in-
surance policy to be approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel and
WHEREAS The inclement weather during the above mentioned
dates necessitates a continuance of this carnival,
RESOLVED That permission be granted to this club to hold their
carnival from May 23 through May 26 upon the filing of the proper
insurance policy to be approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel
and as to surety by the Commissioner of Finance, and the approval of the
continuance of application No. F -8200 for the license to operate a merry-
go -round in connection therewith be also hereby granted.
