CIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, McCree and Company, contractor for the con-
struction of the FAIRVIEW AVENUE Paving from Highland
Parkway to St. Clair Avenue, Comptroller's Contract
L- 6033 -A5 has completed the physical work as of AUGUST
18, 19595 and have been paid in full for all work per-
formed-by them, except that the RESERVE in the amount
of $ 2, 500.00, is withheld, and
WHEREAS, due to delay caused by a shortage in the Construc-
tion Engineerfs Staff and a large construction program
last season, it was not possible to process the final
construction payment until the early part of 1960, now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to pay McCree and Company
th e - RESERVE on Contract L-6033-A, in the amount of
