COUNCIL RESQLUTION- GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the east 29
feet of Lot 20, all of Lot 21, Block 19, Mackubin &Marshall's
Addition to St. Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
also described as No. 419 Iglehart Avenue, and wreck and remove
the three -story frame 19 unit apartment building thereon, and to
do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life,
limb and adjoining property.

Under date of April 11, 1960, a - printed copy of Council File
No. 196585, was mailed to Henry G. Henderson, 116 Oak Grove,

This resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the three
story frame 19 unit apartment building at 419 Iglehart Avenue,
on property described as East 29 feet of Lot 20, All Lot 21,
Block 19, Mackubin & Marshall',s Addition to St. Paul, as pub-
lished in the official paper.
Several extensions of time have been granted the owner in order
to make improvements. No appeal has been filed with this office
for a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings and the struc-
ture has not been removed nor repaired. Please proceed with the
condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of
Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the prop-
erty and wreck and remove the structure thereon and to do any nd
all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.
