Whereas, The Housing and Rede-
velopment Authority of , the City of
Saint Paul hag, heretofore, for the
year 1961, fled a budget in accordance
with the budgget procedure of the City,

WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Saint Paul has heretofore, for the year 1961, filed a budget in
accordance with the budget procedure of the City, said budget for 1961
expenditures, including an amount of $136,013, authorization therefor
being hereinafter referred to; and
WHEREAS, the Council has, by resolution, authorized and does
hereby authorize said Housing and Redevelopment Authority -of the City of
Saint Paul to levy a special tax upon property both real and personal,
within the taxing district, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1953, Sec.
462.545, subd. 6, as amended by Laws of 19571, Regular Session, Chapter
510, Sec. 6, which limits the tax levy therefor; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that, for the purpose of making available said
sum of $136,013 for the support of said Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City .. of Saint Paul., and subject to the magi mum legal
tax levy therefor, there be and is hereby levied for the support of
said Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
on all property taxable therefor in said City, a tax for the year 1960,
collectible in 1961, the maximum tax levy permitted by law therefor,
but not to exceed $136,013,as• set out in the budget of said Housing
and Redevelopment _Autority.- now_on file and of record.; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to certify
a copy of the tax levy as aforesaid for the year 1960, collectible in
1961, to the County Auditor of Ramsey County immediately upon the
adoption and -approval of this resolution.

on all property taxable therefor in said City, a tax for the year 1960,
collectible in 1961, the maximum tax levy permitted by law therefor -
but not to exceed x'136,013 as set out in the budget of said Housing
and Redevelopment Authority now on file and of record; be it
