RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
said Council, in its own behalf and in behalf of said City of Saint
Paul and its people, hereby, shall be deemed to have taken and
recorded official cognizance of the able and untiring efforts of the

so effectively to the passage in the House of Representatives of the
United States and in the United States Senate, of the legislation
appropriating the sum of $500,000 for the Saint Paul -South St. Paul
