WIIEREAS, the City of Saint Paul I.egislative Code, Section 162.05, requires that the towing charges of the Saint Paul
Police Impound I.ot be established by resolurion of the council of the City of Saint Paul; and
WIiEREAS, the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code, Section 162.05 also requires that the towing chazges shall include
the amount agreed upon in a current contract beriveen the city and a contract tower; and
WHEREAS, the previous contract had the below chazges:
Police A-Tow: Medium Duty Equipment (under 2,000#)
Type S-Tow: Medium Duty Equipment (under 2,000#)
Administrative Tow: Mediuxn Duty Equipment (under 2,000#)
Addidonal per mile charge outside city
limits (under 40 miles round trip):
Additional pex mile charge outside City
Limits (under 40 miles round trip):

after an accident.
