PAUL COUNCIL NO / OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE CCOUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY I COMMISSIONER 0-9reArIVA DATE WHEREAS, it appears that certain revenues will be received in connection with the property heretofore acquired by the City,,and upon which the Civic Arts Center is to be constructed, now therefore be it RESOLVED, That the Comptroller is hereby authorized to set up a special fund to be known as Civic Arts Center Revenue Fund, Code 1090, and that all receipts derived from or associated with the use of such property, together with any monetary gifts received in connection with said Civic Arts Center project, be placed in said Fund; all expenditures from this Fund shall be authorized by the City Council by resolution, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and Stadia.
