RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the
Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for
furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary for
and reasonably incidental to the Mechanical Work for the
remodeling of the Men's Toilet Room at the Main Library, 90
West Fourth Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to A. V. WINTERER
AND SON in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8110 of said
A. V. Winterer and Son for the contract price of °$1, 290.00
such being the lowest and said A. V. Winterer and Son being
a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
