RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the
Contract Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for
furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the remodeling of
the Main Public Library Basement located at 90 West Fourth
Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota, to KARL•DEDOLPH CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8109 of said
Karl 7Dedolph Construction Company for the contract price of
$4,012.00 such bid being the lowest and said Karl "Dedolph
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw
up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

$41012 «00 such bid being the lowest and said Karl Dedolph.
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directod to draw
