Dept. of Parks And Recreation
And Public Buildings
Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -2080 was awarded to Frank A. Gangl Construction
Co., Inc., for Re- ribbing Fern House, Como Park Conservatory,
Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota.
During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found desirable to do the following additional work and nego-
tiations have been made with the contractor who agrees to
furnish aluminum bars to support the glass for $43.22 and to
furnish and install three reinforcing plates for posts for
$37.95, making a total extra of $81.17. This is a* reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $81.17.
Yours truly,
Alfre H. Schroeder
