' RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Board of Education of the
City of Saint Paul for the abatement of water frontage tax in the
amount of $89.08 against the following described property:
Kingts Arcade Park: Lots 18 through 25,
and except 13 ft; lot 26, Block 3,
and in the amount of $32.58 against the following described
property:
A. Evanson Addition, Lots 14, 15 and 16,
for the reason that said water frontage taxes were inadvertently
placed on the tax rolls for 1959, and recommends that the
Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel
said assessment.
