It is not possible to buy any kind of residential building property in the city or en- tire county forthat amount. Therefore, I object to this award as being unfair. Youke truly, P.S. I talked to the owner f land on County Road F ( east of Lexington) recently and he is asking $3000 for 100 -foot by 135 -ft. unimproved lots. C. J.
