Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: The Fire Prevention Bureau has referred to this office a one story frame dwelling, originally known as 2140 Waukon Street, but since the grading of the streets in this area now known as approximately 2125 Ross Street, on lot 7, Block 2, Merit Addition.' This single family dwelling is approximately 42 by 28, frame, partially wrecked by vandals and fires, open, a nuisance and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed. The record owners are Progress Finance Company and Advance Construction Company, 2227 University Avenue, St. Paul 4. Danger Notices have been posted.
