RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock A. M.

of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of
the one and one -half story frame dwelling on Lot 7, Block 2,
Hazel Park Division No. 8, Saint Paul, Minnesota, according to the
plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 1934 East Orange
Avenue, because said structure is reported to be dangerous and unsafe
to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Madam and Gentlemen:
This Department has received complaints from the neighbors,
the Bureau of Health and the Bureau of Fire Prevention rela-
tive to the single family dwelling at 1934 East Orange Ave-
nue, St. Paul 199 on Lot 7, Block 2, Hazel Park Div. No. 8,
Saint Paul, Minnesota.
We have ascertained that this is a one and one -half story
frame dwelling; approximately 20 by 30 feet,. fire damaged on
June 17, 1960 so that the entire inside is gutted, floors
are caved in, and joists burned off. The debris is still
scattered around. The building is a fire and moral hazard
dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property and should
be wrecked and removed.
Danger Notices have been posted. The last known record own-
er is Christine M. Mangan, 1934 East Orange Avenueo St. Paul
19. Contract Purchaser is Cornelius Tracy$ 2064-James Avenue$
St. Paul 5. J. Koller of 2064 James Avenue, St. Paul 5,
may also have an interest in the property.
Will you kindly institute condemnation action by setting a
date for a hearing in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code, which section outlines condemna-
tion procedure?
