PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONI
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Sons of Moses Congregation
as submitted to the County Auditor for the abatement of special
assessments in the 1959 tax on the following described property,
to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, all in Block 5, Catlin's
Addition and all of Walsh Street vacated adjacent
to Lot 11, Block 4, Catlin's Addition, and all
that part of Lot 11 lying west of a line drawn
from a point on the north line of said Lot 11,
15.50 feet from the I.W. corner to the S.W.
corner of said Lot 11, Block 4, Catlin's Addi-
tion, and the South one -half of vacated
alley adjacent to that part of said Lot 11,
according to the recorded plat thereof on
file in the offices of the Register of Deeds
and of the Registrar of Titles of Ramsey
County, Minnesota,
and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State
of Minnesota cancel said assessment.
