OUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that
the plans and specifications for sanitary sewer extensions on
Galvin Avenue from Orme Street to 390 feet south of Galvin Avenue
for the City of West St. Paul, Minnesota, authorized by and
subject to the provisions, terms, and conditions of the City of
St. Paul's Ordinance No. 8829, passed October 23, 1946, also,
Legislative Code No. 242, Appendix B for the connection of the
public sanitary sewer system of the City of West St. Paul with
that of the City of St. Paul, prepared by the City Engineer of
West St. Paul and approved by the City Council of West St. Paul
on July 27, 1960, and heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Commissioner of Public Works and Chief Engineer are in all things
approved.
