RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the application of the Chesed Shel Emes Society,
Inc. as submitted to the County Auditor for the abatement of
special assessments in the 1959 tax on the following described
property, to -wit:
Subject to Street the following: Funk Street
vacated adjoining Lots 16 through 25 and
vacated alley in and Lots 3 through 26,
Meyer & Funk's subdivision and Except West
20 feet and Except South 30 feet; part
South of Christie Place of West half of
Lot 3, Kerwins Outlots, t
and recommends that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State
of Minnesota cancel said assessment. i
