WHEREAS, the Detention and Workhouse Facility Commission
awarded the contract for.bedding and towels per Formal Bid #8033,
City Purchasing Department, on June 22, 1960, to Lin Tex Corporation,
low bidder; and
WHEREAS, said Lin Tex Corporation has now executed the
necessary contract forms and performance bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
that the City Council of
the City of St. Paul concurs in said award
of contract to said
Lin Tex Corporation and directs the proper
City Officials to affix
their signatures thereto.
