The legal description of this property is lot 23, block 10, Marion Addition. I am at least two feet lower than one of my neighbors and face the rear of a garage'on the other neighbor. A seven - foot fence would be necessary to give me privacy for the patio in my yard. This fence would be in the rear of one neighbor's garage and in the rear of the other neighbor's house and yard. It will also block any visual view from neighbors on the west side of Ottawa Avenue who are approx- imately 5 to 6 feet higher than my yard. c airs very y, EDWIN L.
