WHEREAS., on the lst day of iebruaxy, 1960, certain City
property located at 456 Burgess Street was damaged by a fire while
the same property was in the process of being repaired by the Moor-
head Machinery & Boiler Company of 2295 University Avenue, Saint Paul,
Minnesota; and
WREAS, repairs have been made to that property damaged
in said fire by said Moorhead Machinery & Boiler Company at their own
separate cost and-expense and such repairs are completely satisfactory
to the City of Saint Paul; and

WHEREAS, the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company has issued
their draft No. H- 212391 in the amount of $397.1+5 made payable to the
Moorhead Machinery & Boiler Company and the City of Saint Paul in fulfill-
ment of their obligations as insurer of said Moorhead Machinery & Boiler
Company; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to execute a release running to said Moorhead Machinery & Boiler Company
and that, further, proper City. officers are hereby authorized and directed
to endorse the draft above mentioned and - deliver said draft to proper
officer -of the Moorhead Machinery & Boiler Company.
