Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 6, Overbrook;
Block 9, Berland Addition No. 2 and,Block 11, Berland Addition No. 3, from Hoyt Ave.
south to turn - around; also installing a Catch -Basin in the turn - around in Block 11,
Berland Addition No. 3
under Preliminary. Order 188405 ,approved July 17, 1958
Intermediary Ord er• 188624 approved August 5, 1958
Final Order 188942 , approved September 2, 1958
The assessment of Benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the' said' assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER,_ That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 4=th
day of t} • 3.960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost ;thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the natiee is directed.
