RESOLVED, That Anthony D. Palumbo be paid the sum of
$438.75 out of the Nater Department Fund in full settlement of
his claim against the City of Saint Paul for compensation resulting
from his injury of April 15, 1959,while in the employ of the Board
of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint maul, whereby he
suffered 15 per cent permanent partial disability to his left
thumb; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That Anthony D. Palumbo be paid '-
an additional $157.50 out of the Water Department Fund in full
settlement of his claim against the City for compensation resultin'g.,
from his injury of June 13, 1958, while in the employ of the Board
of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, whereby he
suffered a temporary total disability until July 4, 1958, and
10 per cent permanent partial disability to his left great toe.
