on So.side of Field E. of Wheeler, 1 pole on
No. side of Upper Afton Rd. E. of Dora Lane,
with necessary guys,anchors and wires. Poles
and wires to be removed when requested to do
so by the Common Council and cost of said re-_
moval to be borne by the Northern States Power
Corhpany.
