Dear Council Members:
You referred to this office, for recommendation, a letter
from Ronald C. Witt, requesting a withdrawal of his applica-
tion for an addition to his service station at 621 'Lafayette
Road, and a refund of his $30,00 application fee.
After investigation, I see no objection and, therefore, I
recommend that a refund of $30.00 be made to' Mr. Ronald C.
Witt.
