Resolved, That the proper City offi-
cers are hereby authorized to accept
the sum of $9.40, as represented hY
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to accept the sum of $9.40, as represented by
Registered Bill No. 1 -8153 against Robert E. Lane, 78 East
Thirteenth Street, in full and complete compromise of the
City's claim in the amount of $18.81 for certain repairs to
a safety island post which was struck and damaged by an
automobile driven by said Robert E. Lane on October 10, 1959,
at the intersection of Iglehart Avenue and Wabasha Street, and
that the balance of said registered bill be and the same is
hereby cancelled.
