the Northern- Pacific Railroad, right -of -way, the- center- line- of -said easement
being described as the center line (produced) of Greenbrier Street as platted
north of the Northern Pacific Railroad.right- of -way-
Also condemning and taking a temporary easement for construction purposes on
a strip of land 20 feet in width on the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -way,
said temporary easement being adjacdnt to and westerly of the above described
permanent easement and said temporary easement extending from the northerly
line of the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -way to the southerly line of
the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -way.
Also condemaing,and-taking -a temporary easement-for'constructioa purposes on 1.
a -strip of land 20 feet -in width-on the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -way,
said temporary - easement being - adjacent to and easterly of the above described
permanent easement and said temporary easement extending from the northerly
line of.the Northern Pacific Railroad right,of "way to the southerly line of
the Northern Pacific Railroad right -of -way.

damages to the owners of such lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll,
be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
Resolved further, that the ,said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.
