In the matter of grading Pacific St. and McLean Ave. from Hazelwood St.
to Barclay St., and Barclay St. from McLean.Ave. to Pacific St., under
Preliminary Order 191747 approved April 9, 1 59, and Final Order 193606
approved August 18, 1959.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as sylbmitted for the
above improvement, be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner
of Public Works, be and he is hereby directed to do the graveling, fine
grading, oiling and construct pre -mixed bituminous gutters by City Forces
at an estimated cost of $9304.00, and that the Purchasing Agent proceed
to secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directeddto obtain bids for the grading work on this improvement, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the-cost of the above improvement, including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $2181.00, or a total of
$11,485.00, plus the cost of grading, be assessed against the benefitted
property.
