Holland Dept. of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings Dear Sir: Contract Number G -1907 was awarded Cyclone Fence Department, American Steel And Wire Division, U. S. Steel Corporation, for Installation of Fencing and Backstops at West Minnehaha Playgrounds, located at West Minnehaha Avenue and St. Albans Street, St. Paul, Minnesota. During the course of the work in connection with the erec- tion of the four -foot fence, it was found necessary to order the following materials which were missing from those furnish- ed by the City for use in this fence. Negotiations have been conducted with the contractor; who agrees to furnish this extra material: 30 pcs. Stretcher bars @ .72 $21.60 39 pcs. Stretcher bar bands e216 8.42 7 pcs. Rail sleeves .70 4.90 10 pcs. Line post tops 1.55 15.50 20 pcs. Ball tops 1.20 24.00 74 —.4-2 Warehouse $ delivery 7.44 This is a reasonable amount for the material involved.
