RESOLVED, that Kenosha Auto Transport Corporation
be permitted to construct a seven foot (overall) woven
wire fence, with three strands of barbed wire on top, the
strands of barbed wire to project in toward its property,
on its premises on the south side of Franklin between
Eustis and Clifford, said fence to be constructed under
the direction and to the satisfaction of the Commissioner
of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution granting
the application of Kenosha Auto Transport Corporation for permission
to construct a 7-ft. (overall) woven wire fenc with three strands of
barbed wire on top, the strands of barbed wirehroject in toward their
own property, on their premises on the south side of Franklin between
Eustis and Clifford., as more fully set out in the attached letter of
the City Architect.

You referred to this office for investigation and recom-
mendation the request of the Kenosha Auto Transport Corpor-
ation for permission to construct a 7 -foot (overall) woven
wire fence with three strands of barbed wire on top, on
their premises on the south side of Franklin between Eustis
and Clifford.
An inspection has been made and we can see no objection to
the construction of such a fence, which will match the
existing fence along the west side of this property. It is
our recommendation, however, that the strands of barbed
wire project in toward their own property.
