WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that the undivided 1/2 interest of
condemnee Mary Kroonblawd is now in the hands of the estate
of Mary Kroonblawd and that there is an old age assistance
lien against said item and has recommended that one -half
the award of damages therefor`, or $2,500.00, be deposited
with the Clerk of District Court for the taking of said
undivided 1/2 interest in the property described as follows:
Lot twenty -two (22), Block two (2), River Side
Addition to St.-Paul, Minnesota; _
the total award of $5,000.00 having been confirmed by Council
File No. 195362, approved on the 13th day of January, 1960;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for the sum of $2,500.00,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto.

lien against said item. Therefore, it is the recommendation
of the office of the Corporation Counsel that one -half of
the award of damages, or $2,500.00, be deposited with the
Clerk of the District Court, for the taking of the undivided
