RESOLVED, that the proposed license agreement between the
Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, and
the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, as licensors,

and the City of Saint Paul, as licensee, providing for the granting
by said licensors to said licensee of a license for the latter's
construction, maintenance and use of a roadway and crossings
upon the property of said licensors in the location, and position
shown on the incorporated map, dated January 159 1960, attached
to said agreement and marked Exhibit "A ", hereby is approved and
authorized, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the same in behalf of said City, said
agreement to bear even date herewith.
