An ordinance amending Chapter 145
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, per-
Section 1. taming to absolute parking restrictions.
This is an emergency ordinance ren-
dered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
That Section 145.025, Saint Paul Legislative Code,`!" "�
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following :
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Payne Ave. Case Ave. Jenks Ave. West
Snelling Ave. St. Anthony Ave. Shields Ave. East
and by deleting therefrom the following:
ta145.025. No Parking Between 2 A.M. and 7 A.M. Between the
hours of 2 :00 a.m, and 7 :00 a.m. no vehicle shall be left
standing on the following streets :tt
and inserting in lieu thereof' the fo'1lowing:
11145.025• No Parking Between 2 A.M. and 7 A.M. Between the
hours of 2;00 a.m• and 7.00 a.m. (or such other hours as herein
