WHEREAS: James Rotondo discontinued business at 523 Broaduay Street as of March 16, 1960,
where he held a Grocery, Off Sale Malt Beverage and Cigarette License No. 9872,
expiring January 2, 1961 and requests the refund for the unused portion of
saidlli.cense, because of the location being taken over by the Highway
Department, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorizBd to refund to
James Rotondo the pro -rated fee of $ 47.50, deducting $ 9.50 from'the original
fee of $ 57.00 posted for the period the licensee operated on said licenses
and to cancel said licenses.
