RESOLVED, That the proper city officials be and they herein are
authorized and instructed to enter into an agreement on behalf of the
City of St. Paul with the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad
Company, whereby the Railroad Company grants to the City easements on its
right of way for the reconstruction of two piers of the westerly approach
of the Selby Avenue Bridge in connection with'the construction of the
Short Line Route Highway, together with a temporary construction easement
on its right of way for the aforesaid highway project.
