pursuant to equest of the County Welfare Board of the
City of Saint Paul and County of Ramsey, that the proposed
increase of said Board's Revolving Fund from $600,000 to
$75:0,000 effective January 1, 1960, be and the same hereby
is approved, such increase in said Revolving Fund having
been and now being necessary to finance increased welfare
commitments and to provide against deficit financing therein
resultant from delays in reimbursements thereto from federal
and state governments.
