weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid John E. Waalen while
he is totally disabled by reason of injuries he received on
December 16, 1959, while in the employ of the Board of Water
Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul, and that $18.00 in
final settlement, to and including January 5, 1960, is now
payable.
