Street from Johnson Parkway to White Bear Avenue by regrading and paving with new concrete-base and asphaltic concrete i surfacing; by grading and paving street; alley and driveway returns; by constructing new concrete curb where necessary; by reconstructing the'paving, curbin�• and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement., by reeoVtt:rAgt , storm water facilities; by constructing "sever, water and gas service connections'fol street mains to p`roperty'lines'Aiere h`ecessary; by constructing conduits a,nd appurtenances for future lighting and traffic control systems and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
