EVENING MEETING OF THE PUBLIC, AND WHEREAS, THIS EMERGENCY AROSE BY REASON OF THE FOLLOWING FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES: COVERING BOOKMOBILE SCHEDULE, AND BEING PRESENT DURING EVENING MEETING OF THE PUBLIC, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE PROPER CITY OFFICERS ARE HEREBY AUTHOR- IZED TO PAY THE EMPLOYEES WHO PERFORMED SUCH WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF THE COUNCILtS SALARY ORDINANCE N0. 6446.
