Holland Dept. of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings Dear-Sir: Contract No. G -1983 was awarded to Karl Dedolph Construction Company for Office Remodeling for the Purchasing Department, City Hall, St, Paul, Minnesota. It has been found desirable to eliminate the tiling of the Pur- chasing Agentts office and in lieu thereof to remove and install Vinyl Asbestos floor tile in the rear office area, Room 254, which is an additional 467 square feet; and at the request of the Purchasing Agent negotiations have been conducted with the contractor, who agrees to do this work for $327.00 which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
