Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen $ Mrs. DeCourc'y: Under date of November 23, 1959, a printed copy of Council File No. 194664 was mailed to Elizabeth Bernice,Keller, 102 Eighth Ave. S. E., Minot, N. D., which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the duplex dwelling and shed on Lot 2, Block 1, Leonardrs Subdivision of Block 6, Collins Outlots, also known as 865 Ocean Street. On November 24, 1959, Mrs. Keller requested an extension of time in order to make repairs, but to date these have not been made; nor has the building been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commis- sioner of Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the buildingsthereon, and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb, and ad- joining property.
