Parks and Recreation is undergoing its re-accreditation process with the National Recreation and
Parks Association, where the host organization is responsible for provision of airfare, lodging and
meals to the 3 person assessment team. Although Parks has available budget to cover the
$3,000 in anticipated expenses, they are working with the Saint Paul Chamber of Commerce to
explore co-sponsorship of the expenses. This is a standard resolution that does not require a
budget amendment. OK to sign.
