Property owners or renters create a health hazazd at various times tluoughout the City of Saint PauF when their property is not kept up.
T'he City is required by City code to clean up the property and chazge the property owner for the cost of the clean up.

conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto
attached, identified by the signature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as m� e considered
