WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City Council
to hold a public hearing to consider any complaints about the
expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul in removing the'
dangerous structure at 850 Selby Avenue, more particularly de-
scribed as Lot 8, Block 9, Nininger & Donnelly's Addition to
Holcombers Addition to Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owner of
the property is Foster A4. Klimenhagen, 715 Dayton Avenue, Saint
Paul 4; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul
hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at ten o'clock
A. M. on the 27th day of May, 196o,
to consider any complaints about the expense incurred by the
City of Saint Paul and to confirm the amount thereof; be it
