Mathow J. Mc Donough being first duly sworn deposes and says:
That he is making application for approval by the Council of the City of
St. Paul to purchase from Robert P. Larson one -half of the capital stock
of the Glaser - Larson, Inc., the corporate licensee of an on- saleliquor
establishment at 317 St. Peter Street, St. Paul, Minnesota.
The capital stock of Glaser .Larson, Inc., the corporate
licensee, is now owned by James E. Glaser and Robert P. Larson who
manage the business at the above dddress. Upon the WA :!
g purchase of the
stock by the applicant) he and James E. Glaser will manage the company's
on -sale liquor business at such location.
The corporate licensee is purchasing the business from
Monica Delaney, 1117 Portland Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, the former
licensee, under a contract with a balance of the purchase price owing
to her.
This applicant and his Rife, Frances L. Mc Donough, are the
owners of 300 shares of common .stock of Control Data, Incorporated, a
Minnesota corporation. This is now being traded over the counter.
To finance the purchase of one -half the shares of the cor- "I";
porate licensee from Robert P. Larson for a price of $6,500.00, the
applicant will sell on the open marked 200 shares of Control Data
Incorporated for approximately $6,000.00. He will also boroow $1,500
upon a tArm loan from the Commercial State Bank, St. Paul, Minnesota,
with 100 shares of the Control Data, Incorporated, pledged as security.
Your applicant is not interested in any way in any Retail
Beer or Liquor business.
