RESOLVED, That the proper city officers are hereby authorized
and directed to execute that certain agreement between the State of
Minnesota and the City of-Saint Paul providing for the payment by the
State of Minnesota to the City of Saint Paul the sum of $37,059.00
as its full share of the cost of engineering and construction of the
NEBRASKA -HOYT STORM SEWER SYSTEM, as set forth more fully in said
agreement which has been approved as to form by the Corporation
Counsel.
